Successful Program Management
The presentation will explain program management and mega-projects. Once program management and mega-projects are explained, then there will be a discussion regarding several best practices in program management. The discussion will offer different perspectives and tools such as how to apply complexity, how to leverage social media and the importance of leadership.
Next, the presenter would conduct a brief trust survey to highlight the importance of communication. The survey would be discussed and participants would be asked if they were surprised by the results of the group.
The presentation will then offer different methods and modes of communication, as well as to offer tools to avoid hasty communication errors. The presentation will close with a question and answer session.
