Elephant on Thin Ice – Navigating Complexity Through Project Culture
Project Complexity is based on several dimensions, most of them being strongly connected to the human aspects of the respective projects. Assessing the level of ambiguity and uncertainty through the lenses of the stakeholders leads to even higher level of this perceived complexity. In this presentation the elements of the project culture and their relationship to stakeholders and complexity are addressed and means for creating and reinforcing the project culture are presented and illustrated through a case study.
