Think With Your Hands! – Resistance to Change Workshop
One of the most crucial issue professionals need to manage properly during change management projects and programs is “resistance to change”.
Identifying resistance to change and manage it properly are critical success factors for this kind of projects: but how can leverage our difference experiences and come up with new solutions to this topic?
This highly-interactive and hands-on session will come up with practical answers based on the collective experience and knowledge of the participants. We will use an abridged version of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method – a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique – to bring the creativity, exuberance, and inspiration of play to the concerns of reducing resistance to change. Participants will share their own experiences and knowledge (based on their individual models build with the LEGO® bricks provided), will learn from each other and will build in the end a shared model of what they consider the best ways to improve change management programs.
