Thushara Wijewardena is a Project Management professional having 12 + years of industry experience by heading various responsibilities of Project Organizations and managing PMOs. She fascinates about how agile concepts work in various organizations and especially in distributed team context. She has done many research and speeches on the subject in various conferences such as Agile in Offshore gathering - Oslo and Agile 2010 – Orlando.

Thushara has been working as a consultant for some of the projects of government of Sri Lanka under JBIC funding. Currently, Thushara is working as the Project Director of Exilesoft, operates from both Norway and from its development center in Sri Lanka.
