Tom Coalson is a construction industry veteran with 35+ years of hands-on, cradle-to-cradle, take charge experience who’s acquired an extremely thorough and technical knowledge of all sides of the construction business. He is credentialed in both project management (PMP) and sustainable building practices (LEED-AP) and is a past member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.

He has successfully completed projects (value: $1M to $75M) of virtually every type including mixed-use, residential, multi-family, hotel, commercial, TI, condo-conversion, restaurant, retail, public works and renovation. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his exceptional skills in business development, operations & project management, sales & marketing, P & L, estimating & budgets, as well as strategic planning.  Having authored numerous articles over the years and having been interviewed frequently for his knowledge on sustainable building practices, he is currently training and lecturing on sustainable building practices, trends and property management across the U.S.
