Petra Goltz, PMP, is currently Chair of the PMI IT&Telecom SIG, and a Project Manager at SITA (www.sita.aero). She has extensive project, programme, and training experience throughout  Europe and has worked as a contractor at leading edge, highly successful companies such as AT&T, BMW, IBM, Nortel, Siemens, Sun Microsystems, Unisource, ECB (European Central Bank), and MasterCard.

Petra has extensive experience of managing large and complex IT and Telecommunications projects, in charge of budgets up to EUR50 million. She was certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2002, and has been a Board Officer at the SIG since 2003.

Petra has been promoting the SIG throughout the regions with speaking assignments at PMI and industry events in i.e. Belgium, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, and Taiwan, and through various publications. She is fluent in English, German (native), Dutch and Italian, and able to survive in French.
