Marisa Oldnall has built her 17 year career on her success in delivering the full lifecycle of organizational design, business transformation, process development, behavioural change and technology related projects and programs to a client base comprised primarily of financial, retail, manufacturing, telecom, health care and public sector innovators who have made integrating business improvement with technology implementation and operations a key priority.  Most recently, her focus has been on helping organizations to build centres of excellence around solution delivery and operational best practices that enable them to achieve strategic corporate objectives in complex stakeholder environments. 

Marisa has a demonstrated track record for success in working with her enterprise and often matrixed client organizations to identify, design and implement business strategy, operational and project rigor and effectiveness while establishing management processes and tools that facilitate ongoing measurement and improvement.  Whether delivering local, national or international programs, projects or building organizations, she uses industry best practice frameworks that accommodate her clients’ unique circumstances and create a simple and enabling environment for management teams to follow and sustain. Her goal through her various delivery roles has been to inspire organizational change for the better through focusing on quality and excellence in the delivery of the initiatives in her portfolios.

Marisa is a certified Project Management Professional and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.  She has also achieved a Masters Level designation in ITIL and holds a Service Management Certificate.  She is a Microsoft Certified Instructor for the Microsoft Solutions Framework and is currently an instructor in Project Management at Sheridan College and a regularly scheduled speaker for McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business MBA program on the subject of leadership in project management.
