In the IT and telecommunications arenas, infrastructure may not receive the attention that development projects receive. Often, infrastructure is considered a necessary evil, something that has to be done but not as exciting as application development. However, failed infrastructure projects can have a significant impact on an organization. This session will compare and contrast development projects and infrastructure projects.  This session will also explore the occasional scenario of an infrastructure project that is deploying technology under development.
