Debra has proven management and leadership experience in banking, insurance, airline, healthcare and professional services industries focused on IT and project/program management, process/tool implementations, training and comparative analysis.

Debra worked in New York City with American International Group (AIG) and Chemical Bank (now JPMorganChase), ABT Corporation (Project Workbench) in Cincinnati and System One (Continental Airlines) in Los Angeles.  She held senior project management roles at Toronto Stock Exchange, Bank of Montreal and Compass Management Consulting and led regulatory compliance programs (Basel II, Sarbanes Oxley, and Anti-Money Laundering) for the largest bank in Canada. 

Currently, Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) for eHealth Ontario, the new provincial agency playing a leading role in harnessing technology and innovation to improve patient care and safety for 13 million Ontarians.

She is serving her second Board term as Director-at-Large for the PMI Southern Ontario Chapter (SOC), the 2nd largest in the world with over 4,500 members.
