Waligura, Charles, PE, PMP Charles Waligura joined Odebrecht this year as a Project Manager for a PRSI contract. He recently was the Pasadena Refining S-Zorb Low Sulfur Gasoline Project Manager. Previously he was Project Manager for Old World Industries of a Low CO2 Upgrade Project in the Clear Lake, Texas, Ethylene Oxide manufacturing facility. Charles has fourty years’ experience of project management, department management, process design, and systems engineering for the oil refining, light hydrocarbon processing, offshore oil and gas (sweet and sour) production, pipeline compressor and metering stations, petrochemical manufacturing, utilities, and offsites. Charles holds a BS and MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. He has been Vice President of Operations for a small engineering company in Corpus Christi, Texas and has been a manager and principal engineer for Bechtel, Jacobs and Brown & Root. He has worked in the projects group of Pasadena Refining, Union Carbide and Sunoco. He is a Professional Engineer in Texas and is a certified Project Management Professional. |
