The UK Government’s Portfolio for managing PPPM effectively Description: A presentation to share the UK Government’s portfolio of Best Management Products including: PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, MoV, M_o_R, and P3M3. We will also share the role of the Official Accreditor for these products and some of their other products such as Change Management, Agile, and the CMI’s Programme and Project Management Diploma. Will include information on how CEO’s might choose the best way to run their projects and programmes, based on a paper given to the IPMA World Congress in Krakow, Poland in 2008 and chosen by IPMA as the lead article in their annual magazine – Project Perspectives in 2009. Will share the findings of some research in 2009/2010 on the performance of PRINCE2 by QUT.
