Risky Business: the art of risk management Description: Risk management is much discussed and often little understood. And yet, it is fundamental to what we do as project managers. In many ways, it is at the core of our profession. This session provides an interactive review of the fundamentals of risk management and presents the facts in a human and pragmatic style.
