Governance - What Does it Really Mean for a P3M Environment? Description: Around the world the term governance is being used considerably within the project management profession. However it is possible though that the term causes confusion amongst practitioners and business leaders alike due to limited guidance and limited examples being available. The application of governance to project?based activity needs to be defined and also be scalable to suit an organizations project portfolio(s).
